Duties Performed by Caregivers

Under the CDPAP program, caregivers can handle the following:

  • Dressing
  • Feeding
  • Personal hygiene
  • Housecleaning
  • Transportation to and from medical appointments
  • Administering medication
  • Basic medical needs
  • Medical tasks that include things like daily insulin injections, wound care, and medication administration
