Our proud history
HSM Personal Care Corp is a Fiscal intermediary that was founded in 2016 under the leadership of Dr. Igor Vatelman, a doctor of Traditional Chines medicine, with a mission to educate, promote and deliver CDPAs/ CDPAP services to qualified members.
With the assistance of the education and oversight provided by HSM Personal Care hundreds of elderly and disabled individuals have been empowered to recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, and if needed dismiss, their personal caregivers.
Our mission and vision
From its inception, HSM Personal Care has focused on educating the community and providing services necessary to promote healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives for those who may not always have the means to advocate for themselves.
HSM Personal Care helps family members navigate the challenges associated with care for elderly and disabled, while eliminating the financial burden that is often imposed on those family members. However, our dedication to community doesn’t just focus on our work, we are here to make the world a better place.
